Every service we offer is customized for the client, so no two services are exactly the same. We work with you from start to finish to provide the support you need-from simply picking a theme, to Everything But The Kitchen Sink (but we could probably get that too).

Meet Our Team

Tess Payne, CWP: Creative Lead

Tess brings Belle Vie extensive experience in designing a variety of events, and decided to branch into the wedding industry after struggling to find assistance for her own wedding. Now, a certified wedding planner with a second certification in Event Style and Design, Tess takes the lead on projects to ensure the highest quality of services for the Belle Vie clients. Tess' favorite events to style are baby showers and elegant weddings, and her favorite color palete is filled with soft earthy tones and greens.

Micah Koopman: Operations Manager

With years of management experience, Micah is Belle Vie's Operations manager and creative consultant: assisting with timelines, organization, and technical details. As our administrative guru, Micah maintains our business calendar, and scheudles team members accordingly. Her favorite events are birthday parties and bridal showers, and her favorite color palatte is full of hearty, fall earth tones

Sam Kelly: Social Media Liason

Sam is our social media liason-managing Belle Vie's online image, and works with our technical deisgn team, executing the design plans for all of our major events. Sam brings her knowledge of social marketing and retail design to the team, presenting a fresh look to our clients. Her favorite events to work on are themed parties and luxury events, and her favorite color palette includes fun and moody shades for a vintage feel

Amy Trotter: Technical Design Team

Amy joins Belle Vie with an eye for detail, which is why she operates as the technical design lead for our team. Amy works to execute designs for all of our major events, ensuring set-up and tear-down go exactly as planned, and the outline is presented to all parties in need. Her favorite events to work are kids birthdays and themed parties, and her favorite color palette is full of calming, beachy shades.

Jamie Brimmer: Rental Coordinator

Belle Vie offers decor rentals as part of our event packages with our sister company, Something Borrowed Boutique. With our own internal decor stock, we can add special touches to your event without breaking your budget, and we partner with other community rentals to provide you with rental decor with an exclusive discount. Jamie's favorite events are country/rustic themed parties and weddings, and her favorite color palette carries deep sunset shades.
